The controller for your personal data is the business below, registered in the Netherlands.

Depending on how you use ListChair, we may process:

• Account data — your name and email, provided through sign-in.
• Listing and location data — the business name, addresses, and content you add.
• Messages — the details and message you send through the contact form or a listing inquiry (name, email, optional phone, and your message).
• Usage and technical data — cookies and, with your consent, analytics about how the site is used.

We use your data to provide and secure the service, to let owners and interested professionals contact each other, to respond to your messages, and — only where you consent — to understand and improve how the site is used.

We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in, security, and remembering your language and cookie choice; these are always on. Optional analytics and marketing cookies are only set after you consent. You can change your choice anytime via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

With your consent we use analytics and marketing tools to measure traffic, understand usage, and measure our advertising. They load only after you opt in and not before:

• Google Analytics — aggregate traffic and page usage.
• Microsoft Clarity — anonymized session insights such as heatmaps and page interactions.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API — measures the results of our ads and helps show more relevant ones. When you sign in or create an account we may send Meta an event server-side; any email is hashed (SHA-256) before it is sent, and the raw email is never shared.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the platform (such as our email delivery, hosting, analytics, and advertising providers, acting on our instructions), or where required by law. We share the minimum needed and, for advertising events, only hashed identifiers rather than raw email addresses.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above — for example, while you have an account or a listing — and then delete or anonymize it, unless a longer period is legally required.

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent for analytics at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
