ListChair is operated by the business below, registered in the Netherlands.

ListChair is a marketplace where owners can list professional workspaces — barber chairs, styling stations, treatment rooms, and similar — and where professionals can find and contact them. ListChair provides the platform; it is not a party to any rental agreement made between users.

To list a space you need an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your login secure. You must be legally able to enter into a contract and use the service only for lawful purposes.

You are responsible for the content you publish, including photos, prices, availability, and descriptions, and you confirm you have the right to offer the space and to use the images. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful, misleading, or infringing content, no spam or scraping, and no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform. Contact and inquiry features are for genuine rental interest only.

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that listings are accurate or that a rental will meet your expectations, and we are not liable for agreements, payments, or disputes between users. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for the free platform is limited.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes are subject to the competent Dutch courts, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
